Cancelling
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, a fee of 50% of the session cost may apply. A no-show is charged in full.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for services not rendered, or where technical issues prevented delivery. Email refunds@auravictus.com with your booking details.
Processing
Refunds go back to your original payment method and may take 7–14 business days.
If we reschedule
If we must cancel or reschedule, we'll notify you promptly and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
